你想一想，整個賽季你玩兒命地打，你苦哈哈地打，從一個城市飛到另外一個城市，不停地打，可是就在一剎那、一個失誤情勢急轉直下，整個賽季的航線都變了，看上去好像一切都完蛋了，所有壓力一下子都砸在我的肩膀上。那個晚上，也許是自從我被球隊裁掉之后，最最難熬的一夜，我記得我失眠了，我茫然不知所措，我覺得非常的沮喪。我只記得我開始沉思，我對自己說，你知道么，很多時候事情是不會按照你預期的方向去發(fā)展的，但是只要我自己盡了全力，而且全心全意地追隨你內心的聲音，就無須自責，我一定能挺過這關。

回看休斯頓的這一年，我的狀態(tài)的確下降了、我的得分下降、籃板下降了、助攻下降了、搶斷下降了，但是我自己真真切切體會到了一點，那就是我變得更加成熟了，正如你們所知我剛剛被轉會到了湖人隊，現(xiàn)在我可以梳理一下在我腦海里面發(fā)生的事情，我被交易的過程，這一切到底是怎么發(fā)生的，還有我的感受。當時我在北京，那是凌晨兩點，我正在酒店里呼呼大睡，我的手機突然響了。

so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.

人們無法忘記長江沿岸驚心動魄的抗洪壯舉。但在這同一時間，同一地點，劉鐵鋒和耒陽市審計局的九名同志也在進行著一場“抗洪”斗爭，他們用自己特殊的方式，堵住了糧食經(jīng)濟大堤的漏洞，為國家挽回了將近五千萬元的損失。

xx年6月10日，老劉到湘陰縣參加全國糧食系統(tǒng)虧損審計。翻開帳本，他被一個數(shù)字震驚了：該縣糧食局虛報賬目，將成本擴大到600萬元！

他向局領導匯報情況后，湘陰縣糧食局領導驚慌失措。他們沒想到這些人工作認真，業(yè)務精通。特別是劉鐵鋒，看似一副病怏怏的樣子，眼睛卻如此犀利。糧食局的領導人了解到，隨著審計工作的深入，沒有人能夠**他們將面臨的后果！

五四運動是現(xiàn)代中國青年運動的開端。伴隨著五四精神的傳播和影響，在中國共產(chǎn)黨的直接領導下，1922年5月5日，中國社會主義青年團成立，中國青年作為一支新生的社會力量登上歷史舞臺。從此，中國青年運動有了自己的核心組織和中堅力量，中國共產(chǎn)黨有了忠實的助手和后備軍，中國革命有了一支生機勃勃的突擊隊和生力軍。

穿過歷史的長廊在那片濃郁的原始森林里自從類人猿可以直立行走學會使用工具和火種就開始有了萌動的文明。在遠古，他們開始了簡單的社會分開，知道責任、理解、尊重和溝通。時間在推移，社會在進步，人類的文明也在不停地前行，但不管歷盡滄桑還是歷史變遷，文明的火種一直被世人傳承?？兹谒臍q知道讓梨，黃香七歲為父暖被，生命短暫只有這些美德能流傳千古，經(jīng)歷幾千年的風雨洗禮這些禮讓的故事一直被后人廣為傳頌。中國大教育家孔子的思想以“仁”為核心，提倡仁政要以禮為規(guī)范這無疑彰顯了禮儀對治國平天下的作用。于是在中國的歷史上禮儀被演繹成岳母刺字“精忠報國”的感人畫面，李邈視死忽如歸的報國精神。

文明一路從五千年的遠古走來，伴著中華民族的成長，攜著炎黃子孫的素養(yǎng)，它已融進我們的血液，沉淀在我們的生命中，鑄成我們中華民族的個性，于是我們中國被譽為“禮儀之邦”、“文明古國”。

有禮走遍天下，無禮寸步難行是說文明禮儀對個人的成長和發(fā)展有著重要的作用，曾有人說，一個人的文明禮儀素養(yǎng)比智慧和學識更重要，是的，十年樹木百年樹人，作為教師我們身肩“傳道，授業(yè)，解感”的重任，教會學生做人是我們最重要的第一課題，著名特級教師于永正說教育的第一名字叫影響，是的在校園里我們這群教師是影響學生一生的人，學校無小事處處是教育，作為教師我們的一言一行，一舉一動無時無刻都在無形地影響著成千乃至上萬的學生，這些學生又直接或間接地影響著他們的家人甚至子孫，這樣發(fā)展無窮潰也！一屋不掃何以掃天下，作為師者我們如果不能嚴于律已又怎么教育他人？
