This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

(1)游戲

玩Let's play中的游戲“擊鼓傳花”。首先，將全班學生分為兩大組。有節(jié)奏地敲擊小鼓，兩組學生同時開始傳花，當老師的鼓聲停止時，兩組各有一名學生拿到花，這時，拿到花的學生就說Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …(這個游戲也可用放音樂來代替擊鼓，學生可待音樂停止時起立做自我介紹。)

提示學生發(fā)音，引導學生區(qū)分正確、錯誤的發(fā)音。特別是I'm的發(fā)音，應(yīng)為[aim]不能讀成[em]或[ai]。根據(jù)學生情況，逐步在以后的課時中感受語音，感受發(fā)音。

另外，此次練習中，若學生已有英文名字，即可使用，若沒有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。若班級學生人數(shù)不多，可在此為學生起英文名字。

(2)讓學生自己說說所學用語的使用環(huán)境，并讓學生自己擬定一個使用所學用語的場所。結(jié)合圖片，進一步鞏固情景。

做活動手冊第一單元的第一部分練習。由于學生剛剛接觸英語，而且是第一次做活動手冊，教師要進行全面、細致的指導。

(1)教師與學生討論本單元獲獎的小花數(shù)量，由于是第一單元，起點可以稍微低點，盡量讓每個學生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小貼紙為獎勵。

(2)讓學生看書上的圖，才圖中人物，想他們在說什么。

(3)教師講解題目要求并指導做的方法。建議教師提醒學生注意題目要求標記的識別，以便今后遇到相同問題時學生能獨立完成。

(4)讓學生聽錄音做練習。

(1)將制作面具的材料發(fā)給學生。教學生如何給面具涂色，將面具剪下并粘在小木棍上。

要做好自我介紹，我們首先要知道，面試官到底想通過自我介紹了解什么，有針對性地去準備，成功幾率才會更大。

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和簡歷內(nèi)容是否沖突。如果簡歷是真實的,口述的自我介紹當然不會有明顯出入。反之,自我介紹一般會漏出馬腳。

第二，考察同學們的邏輯思維能力、語言表達能力和總結(jié)提煉概括的能力。

第三，考察同學們是否簡練和精干,了解同學們的現(xiàn)場感知能力和把控能力。

第四，考察同學們初步的自我認知能力和價值取向。

第五，考察同學們是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時間的掌控能力。有時面試官給出的問題是“請您用一到三分鐘做一個自我介紹”,但被面試者有時一開口就滔滔不絕，停不下來，最后被面試官提醒注意時間。

第六，很多面試官比較忙，可能來不及看簡歷，就會讓我們直接進行自我介紹。在這段時間里，面試官會一邊聽自我介紹，一邊看簡歷，了解我們的情況。

了解了自我介紹的重要意義，同學們就該知道，自我介紹并不是簡單地背誦簡歷中的內(nèi)容，而要有意識地體現(xiàn)出以上六個方面，在短短的幾分鐘內(nèi)，讓面試官看到你的相關(guān)素質(zhì)和能力。

在面試之前，同學們就要對自我介紹的內(nèi)容做一下適當篩選，因為這一環(huán)節(jié)后的`很多問題都將會圍繞你的自我介紹提出，同學們可以參考以下要點完善自己的自我介紹。

1、掌握時間。

一般面試官都會規(guī)定時間，既不能超時太長,也不能過于簡短。如果沒有明確說明，同學們可以把時間控制在一至三分鐘之間。

2、突出重點。

姓名、工作經(jīng)歷和工作時間等履歷應(yīng)該一下帶過，把時間放在簡歷上沒有的內(nèi)容上。同學們可以選擇三個重點來介紹自己,盡量把自己不大明顯但重要的技能“推而廣之”。

3、圍繞職位。

5、身體語言。
