1、守紀律的習慣。人人都有一個希望，那就是有一個舒適的學習、工作、生活環(huán)境，而這樣的環(huán)境必須靠我們每一個人來共同創(chuàng)造。學校要求學生穿校服、戴校牌，就是為了防止閑雜人員進入學校，影響我們的學習;校內(nèi)禁止騎車，是為了我們大家的安全;禁止將手機帶入校內(nèi)，是怕個別同學管不住自己的手機而耽誤學習;沒到放學時間不能出校門是為大家的安全考慮，那時交警還未到崗，接同學的家長還沒有趕到。如果每個同學只考慮自己的方便和舒適，而不考慮別人的感受，必然會遭到眾人的反對。

2、做好事的習慣。雷鋒之所以偉大，就是他的奉獻精神。"雷鋒"二字已成為人們心目中熱心公益、樂于助人、扶貧濟困、見義勇為、善待他人、奉獻社會的代名詞。50年來，涌現(xiàn)出了千千萬萬個雷鋒式的道德模范，前有焦裕祿、孔繁森，今有郭明義、陳光標，我們常德有楊紹軍、陳建教、沈國初。不僅中國人學雷鋒，外國人其實更喜歡雷鋒，更愛學雷鋒。如大家所熟悉的比爾.蓋茨，他將個人資產(chǎn)的99%捐了出來，設(shè)立比爾及梅琳達.蓋茨基金會，以資助全球的衛(wèi)生和教育事業(yè)。我一直在想：做好事有什么好處?為什么有那么多的人愿意去做?后來我從郭明義的話中找到了答案，那就是--幫助別人，快樂自己!并且我還在生物學上找到了理論解釋，那就是一個人做了好事以后，心理上有一種成就感，這種成就感能刺激腦細胞產(chǎn)生一種分泌物，這種分泌物有利于人的健康和長壽。在此我希望同學們以后多做好事，見到弱勢群體幫一幫，見到垃圾撿一撿，見到流水的龍頭關(guān)一關(guān)，舉手之勞，收獲快樂，收獲健康和長壽。

” 是的，自己欠親人的確太多，在家庭最需要關(guān)照、女兒最需要關(guān)愛時，她卻把感情的天平傾向了事業(yè)。1982年，周老師在市公安局工作的小弟在一次追捕犯人時光榮犧牲，母親在遭受這個打擊后癱瘓在床。周先生晚上去醫(yī)院給媽媽洗尿布、打米粉，黎明照常上班。

直到5年后，母親也微笑著躺在懷里，平靜地離開了。送走母親后，她強忍心中的悲傷，又投入緊張的工作中，看著她那布滿血絲的雙眼和憔悴不堪的樣子，大弟心痛的說：“姐，你這是何苦呢教好的是別人的孩子，可累壞的是你的身子啊!

”她只笑了笑，可誰也沒想到，這句關(guān)愛的話語竟成了姐弟間最后的告別。1997年，因積勞成疾，大弟也悄然的離開了人世，此時，年邁的父親再也經(jīng)不住這個沉重的打擊也癱病在床，為了不讓老人傷心，她強忍心中的悲痛，再次挑起了照顧老人的重任，白天的她在學校，晚上的她在醫(yī)院，不足四個小時的睡眠使她眼中布滿了血絲，人也疲憊不堪，最后，過度的勞累和沉重的打擊使她終于病倒了，但她仍一邊輸液，一邊工作，一邊照顧老人，看著她那疲憊的身軀，年邁的父親再也忍不住流下了眼淚，說：“建波，你去找醫(yī)生給我打一針安樂針，讓我走吧，我走了，你才能輕裝上陣，安心工作，自古忠孝不能兩全，爸爸不會怪你的”。

那天他們父女在醫(yī)院抱頭痛哭，可第二天一早，她擦干眼淚后把父親交給保姆照看，自己又全心地投入到了工作中。
